Please declare your intended use of the commissioned work at the beginning of the project.
Your project may be streamed on Twitch or posted to social media as WIPs. Let me know beforehand if your project needs a period of privacy!
If you're bringing art/assets to be used in the project, please have permission from the original creator to do so first.
Additionally, all art/assets to be used in the project are required before I start your project.
Please be respectful and bear an open mind! I reserve the right to decline the commission or cease working with you due to poor personal experience.
Commission me because you believe in my vision. Providing references of someone else's work is okay, but I will never copy, trace, or heavily reference someone else's hard work.
All the work I create is my own.
You can't claim my work as yours; please properly credit me when you use my work with @heyhzn on social media channels, or this website "hazen.design".
Using any part of my work to be used in NFTs, cryptocurrency and/or generating derivative works using AI is not allowed.
Addtionally, I don't allow any part of my work to be used for derivative work, or repurposed for another project without explicit permission from myself. This includes heavily referencing, tracing and/or copying.
All commissioned work comes with a commercial license which may be used for promotional use on social media when proper credit has been given, and full payment has been received. If you are interested in producing digital and physical merchandise, please let me know as that will incur additional fees.
I reserve the right to post my work on social media and showcase it on my portfolio. If a period of privacy is required, please let me know.

Project updates and feedback will then be made/received via Discord DM or email.
Please provide as much information and references about your project and what you're looking for as you can.
To ensure a smooth experience for your project, I ask that you remain communicative throughout the entire process. If I receive no response from you within 10 days without prior notice, the project may be terminated without refund.
Commissions will take around 1-2 months max to complete, but please let me know of any deadlines you may have.
I don't take rush commissions at this time. I need at least 4 weeks depending on the project.
I strive to work as quickly and efficiently as I can, but if any delays come up, I will let you know ahead of time.
The project will remain open for 7 days after completion. Any changes, updates and/or modifications requested during this time is subject to additional fees depending on the scale.
50% payment of the invoice is required upfront for me to start working on your project.
The next payment is 25% after the 2nd Progress Checkpoint, and then the remaining 25% upon delivery.
All payments are to be made in USD via Paypal.
Refunds are not accepted once I begin working on your project.
If, for whatever reason, I decide not to continue your project and have started working on it, I will refund you a percentage of your payment proportional to progress made.
I will allow 2 revisions per project. Any additional revisions/changes will incur additional fees depending on the scale.

I will review your commission form, and if accepted, reach out to you with a quote and rough timeline of the project.
Once the quote and deadline are confirmed, I will send an invoice when I'm ready to begin.
I will begin working when I receive 50% payment upfront.
With the information you provide in the commission form, I will do some focused research into possible visual directions we can move in.
Once a visual direction has been agreed upon, I will begin the production phase.
*The pre-production phase may not always be required, depending on the project.
There will be 2 progress checkpoints where I'll ask for feedback and changes. You may request updates on the project outside of these checkpoints.
1st Progress Checkpoint: I will present a WIP and ask for feedback and changes.
2nd Progress Checkpoint: I will present the last WIP and ask for final feedback and changes.
25% payment of invoice due.
I will deliver the final product(s) via Google Drive.
Last remaining 25% payment of invoice due upon delivery.
